Jennifer D'Andrea is an independent Settlement Consultant and certified Mediator having nearly 20 years experience in the insurance, financial and legal fields. She began her settlement career with EPS Settlements Group (EPSSG) working with the defense and in 2003, transitioned to their sister company, Millennium Settlements as a Plaintiff's oriented consultant.

While Jennifer continues to work with plaintiffs and their attorneys attending mediations and settlement conferences as required in the negotiation and resolution of personal injury cases, she also serves as a Mediator in the neutral capacity according to the standards of the New York State Unified Court System. In addition to Personal Injury Mediation, Jennifer works in other areas of Mediation including Divorce, Custody and Visitation, with a heavy focus on Veteran and Military issues and offers Mediation services Pro Bono to qualifying Veterans.  

Jennifer is a military brat who grew up at Marine Corps base Camp Lejeune. Through her personal experiences, work in the legal community and respect for those who serve our country, she recognized the needs of Veterans and Military families and Founded 501(C)(3) not for profit S.E.R.V. Niagara in 2012. S.E.R.V. Niagara is the first and only organization in Niagara County to provide housing exclusively for homeless and disabled Veterans and their families. S.E.R.V.'s housing programs provide a uniquely structured program to support, educate, employ, empower and promote healing, all of which foster the ultimate goal of self-sufficiency and keeping families together.

Jennifer is a liason in the Lockport City Treatment Courts, Niagara County Veterans Court, and she speaks on social issues such as substance abuse, domestic violence and the effects on children and families. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Niagara County Judges and Police Executive Conference, NYSDRA (New York State Dispute Resolution Association), NIMAC (Niagara Military Affairs Council), and previously served on Congressman Chris Collins' Veteran Advisory Board. 

Jennifer has most recently been honored by the New York National Guard with the 2017 Family Programs Recognition & Youth Award, the 2016 Unsung Hero Award presented by the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans, was a 2015 Congressional Medal of Honor Citizen Honors national finalist, and was awarded the 2014 Community Support Award by the Lockport Business Association.
